How Much Does Invisalign Cost in Singapore?

Invisalign treatment at Royce Dental Group typically ranges up to S$8,200 (inclusive of GST) for treatment in Singapore, depending on the complexity of your case, the number of aligners required, and other factors.

Some clinics may offer a lower price, but this may exclude pre and post treatment costs such as dental X-rays, extractions, and retainers. Treatment prices can also differ depending on whether your case is handled by a general dentist, an Invisalign-accredited dentist, or a specialist orthodontist.

In any case, do clarify with your dentist exactly what your quoted price includes. The final cost of your Invisalign treatment will depend primarily on your needs, requirements, and the complexity of your case.

Invisalign Consultation Fee

A first consultation to assess your suitability for Invisalign typically costs S$82.70 (inclusive of GST). Some clinics include the consultation fee as part of the full treatment plan if patients decide to proceed with the comprehensive Invisalign treatment package.

Invisalign First/ Invisalign Lite Cost

Suitable for patients with mild crowding, spacing, or minor relapse after previous orthodontic treatment who are looking for a faster and more cost-effective option than comprehensive Invisalign treatment.

Treatment duration : 6–12 months

Invisalign Moderate Cost

Suitable for patients with moderate crowding, spacing, or bite issues (such as overbite or underbite) that require more comprehensive correction than Invisalign Lite or First can provide. With up to 26 aligners, it allows for a wider range of tooth movements without the full scope of Invisalign Comprehensive.

Invisalign Comprehensive Cost

What Affects the Cost of Invisalign Treatment?

Everyone’s case is different, and every treatment plan is customised – no two smiles are the same, which is why Invisalign pricing isn’t one-size-fits-all.

Case Complexity and Length of Treatment

Mild crowding or small gaps require fewer aligners and less time, while more complex issues (such as overcrowding, overbite, underbite, crossbite, or open bite) require more aligners and a longer treatment plan.

Factors affecting complexity may include:

Need for attachments or elastics
Any existing dental work required prior to treatment (including but not limited to
implants, extractions, etc.)

Longer treatments generally mean more aligners and appointments, which can lead to higher overall costs.

Medisave

Invisalign and other orthodontic treatments are not Medisave claimable, as Medisave is reserved for procedures involving dental/oral surgery (e.g. wisdom tooth surgery, dental implants surgery).

Since Invisalign is considered an elective, non-surgical treatment, it is not eligible.

Dental Insurance

Different dental insurance plans offer different add-on benefits for orthodontic treatment, though this is not standard across most policies.

The iTero digital scanner takes digital pictures of your teeth and stitches together a 3D image of your teeth. This technology lets the dentist obtain an accurate impression of your teeth, allowing for a customised treatment plan tailored to your needs.
